    Light and tasty dish made of green romano beans with onions and tomatoes and cooked in olive oil.
  • SMOKEY AUBERGINE DIP
    Tangy, roasted aubergine dip topped mixed with yoghurt, tahini, dressed with olive oil, paprika, pistachios.
  • SHAKSHUKA
    It is a perfect combination of aubergine, peppers, tomatoes, onions, garlic and spices.
  • RED PEPPER DIP
    It is a dip made of crushed walnuts, red bell pepper, pomegranate molasses, and bread crumbs.

    Marinated deep-fried squid rings, served with homemade tartar sauce.

    Grilled spicy beef sausage served on a bed of red pepper dip.

    Grilled Halloumi cheese served with warm Shakshuka.

    These yummy vegetarian courgette fritters are made of grated courgettes, feta cheese, dill parsley, spring onion, flour and egg. Dressed with grape molasses and yoghurt.

    Made of layers of filo pastry filled with feta cheese, parsley, served with hummus.

    Perfectly grilled, succulent Turkish spiced chicken kebab skewers & Mediterranean marinated lamb cubes cooked to perfection. Served with rice and salad.

    Our baked rice pudding is creamy, light and has a bubbly golden brown top with berry sauce.
